The art therapy methodology of the IHK (Institute of Humanistic Art Therapy) is based on the humanistic view of humanity. That means, that every individual holds the solutions to their problems within themselves.

Honesty, empathy, and appreciation are the main elements of the humanistic approach.

I support clients in unfolding their creative expressions and spontaneously engaging with colors and shapes.

A famous quote by Gertrude Stein, "A rose is a rose is a rose", represents the humanistic attitude of acceptance and existence in the here and now. A rose is simply a rose, without further meanings.
