LOM Method, Nightmare
A recurring and unpleasant nightmare: a tick piercing the hand. By painting the image seen in the nightmare and transforming the pierced hand into a healthy one by covering it with paint, the nightmare disappeared. The previously anchored image in the brain vanished, making way for a healthy hand and calm, pleasant sensations. Since then, the nightmare has not returned.

LOM Method, Decisions
Deciding between job A and job B.
By painting two self-portraits, each with the feeling associated with one of the jobs, the client can feel in her body how she will feel in a year with job A or B. Using the non-dominant hand and painting slowly, the choice for job B became clear.

LOM Method, Relationships
Painting the portrait of parents or a loved one activates mirror neurons and influences feelings. The person in the portrait can be fully recognized.
A rejected person receives positive attention, and negative projections on them can be identified. Thanks to the principle of resonance, the person can be seen and recognized as such.

LOM Genogram 'This pain is not mine'
Our families of origin and their families of origin often influence our thoughts, feelings, and experiences more than we would like. In this work, clients confront their own family tree. With methodical criteria, the work focuses on the intentions. Recognizing, observing, and appreciating the love in the origin system strengthens development and the process of healing and resolution.

Person-orientated metohde
The painting begins with abstract shapes and colors, including three small circles of a different color. During the painting process and conversation, these yellow spots are identified as a stressful concern related to a successful major intestinal surgery. Courageously, the client covers the circles with the color of the rest of the painting, putting the work "in order." Surprisingly, after covering the yellow circles, a feeling of calm emerges. The painting takes on a new form, generating a palpable sense of trust and serenity. This gesture symbolizes the healing of the intestine and highlights the strength of the creative process.

Chain of emotions
Guided exercise to feel and experiment with emotions and inner phases of transformation. Each phase should be experienced without pressure. Slow painting is important for thorough learning. Feelings of anger, irritation, confusion, and frustration lead to resolution and calmness. Through feeling and enduring, trust is built. External circumstances prompt to confront oneself. Each slowly painted picture creates silence and enables deeper insights.
